“I had no issues getting vaccinations for my cat. I called to ask for pricing and then for hours of operation. I was informed of express times I could wait outside the building, no appointment needed, or how I could make an appointment online. On the actual appointment day, I parked and texted the number provided to me with my name, my cats name, and the make/model of my vehicle. After 10 minutes or so, they came to my car to retrieve my cat. Having him in a carrier made the experience so easy. Once they were finished, they brought him back. The whole process took no longer than 30 minutes and 30 minutes only because there were others ahead of me. The woman who helped me was very kind and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience. I needed these vaccinations last minute, and they were able to help me out.”
